  • Do you offer refunds/exchanges?
    For sanitation purposes of lash items, all sales are FINAL and refunds and/or exchanges cannot be granted.
  • What payment methods are accepted?
    PayPal or any Visa debit/credit card. PayPal account not required to submit payment.
  • Can changes be made to my order after being placed?
    Because our team works diligently to process and ship orders as soon as possible, orders cannot be altered after payment has been made. For any modifications to shipping information, we ask that you contact us lavishlashrx.com immediately. Once tracking information has been received, we will be unable to modify shipping address.
  • How long is processing and shipping/delivery? (Copy)
    Our team will work diligently to process orders within 24hrs. that the order is placed. Please allow up to 3-7 BUSINESS day(s) for shipping/delivery (sometimes sooner). Tracking information will be sent once order is prepared for shipment. After your tracking information is received, please allow 24hrs for your tracking activity to become available. You may create a login account. After orders are shipped, we no longer have control of your order and we ask that you continue to track your order or contact USPS for more tracking information.
